Non-Government organizations have gained much importance in recent history due to their timely response to crises in their respective fields and their continuous effort to raise awareness about the overlooked aspects of the society. Due to the said reasons NGOs have become an integral part in the process of developing a self-sustaining society with progress that can be relied upon and used as foundation for any future progress. These organizations being run, maintained as well as financed by private citizens or their communities provide services to those in need without the long and sometimes tedious bureaucratic process. The sole purpose of the NGO is to work towards the betterment of the people of various sectors of the society who if otherwise may not receive timely and required care or benefits from the better sections of the society including the government due to varying circumstances such as politics, policies, stigmatization and so on. In lieu of the rise of NGOs and their importance in the society, it comes with responsibilities and duties towards the society such as the responsibility of NGOs to be transparent in their workings and follow the highest code of ethical conduct.

The ethical conduct becomes of paramount importance to maintain the trust of the public and those who are seeking the aid from this NGO. Every NGO will benefit from the code of conduct that systematically identifies acceptable practices and procedures that can be carried out by the NGO and its representatives. It not only avoids any liability due to fault in practices but also serves to the parties involved as a statement of the level of importance of maintaining high standards to the NGO.

Justitapsyche is an NGO that aims to help under trial juveniles and criminals get legal aid. These under trail juvenile offenders and criminals who face immense discrimination during the time of reintegration to the society The age of adolescence is an age of confusion where the children can be easily manipulated to do others bidding for them. The aim of this NGO is to provide legal help to these offenders and educate them upon their rights and the other legal options that are available to them now as well as the near future. A person who is convicted of a crime after reaching the age of majority is known as a criminal and another aim of Justitapsyche is to provide legal help by educating them upon the legal routes available to them and the rights that they possess.

The code of conduct for this organization is one to systematically identify the principles of practice and procedure and the standard of care that is to be exercised by the organization and their representatives while carrying out their duties.

Justitapsyche is to be governed by a board of directors consisting of a Founder, Managing Director, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer and Two of the Member Heads who are to be selected by the above-mentioned persons.

The code of conduct is applicable to every member of Justitapsyche and other representatives who may by special circumstances be authorized to represent the organization for any said purposes such as meetings outside the organization and so on.
